An injunction has been taken out to ensure protestors, such as those on the M25, can no longer disrupt our roads.
I made the point with Policing Minister Kit Malthouse that our new Police, Crime, Sentencing & Courts Bill will mean we do not need these injunctions in the first place and can simply remove them.
